Insight Design Studio is a Lahore-based interior architecture and custom furniture practice founded by Ata ur Rehman in 1994. For over 30 years, we’ve designed and executed interior projects across Pakistan, from private residences to corporate offices, retail spaces, and hospitality venues, with a single studio handling everything from concept to the final handcrafted detail.

From a Single Vision to a Complete Interior Architecture Firm
Insight Design Studio was founded in 1994 by Ata ur Rehman, a graduate of the National College of Arts (NCA) in Lahore – Pakistan’s oldest institution for art, architecture, and design. What started as an independent design practice grew quickly after he was appointed the main architectural interior designer for a well-known housing society, a role that gave the studio its first large-scale platform to shape residential interiors at a citywide level.
That early housing society work opened doors to commercial, corporate, and hospitality projects as well. Each new sector took to the studio’s design language so well that Insight Design earned recognition as a complete interior architectural firm – a standing it continues to hold today, with a portfolio of more than 100 interior & architecture projects across residential, corporate, commercial, and hospitality spaces.
